There is a myth that presumes that civil servants (government employees)are not motivated.
I beg to differ that opinion. For many, there remains a visualization of the organization employee from the 50s and 60s, strudging along as soon as their plastic IDs and pocket retainers.
This balance and perception of executive employees could not be any new from the truth. Civil servants are an emerging, animate and clever help of workers who have a heart for service.
Even more refreshing, they have developed a heart for entrepreneurship as well. The perfect drive to utility makes them model candidates for homebased situation ownership.
Not too long ago, I was approached by a civil servant curious in starting a part-time business. Knowing that I held a Masters degree in thing and several years of experience at a Fortune 500 Bank, this employee exemplified a on fire desire to not without help create a difference, but make money as well. clearly put, this civil servant possessed the same steer and aspirations for entrepreneurship taking into consideration any extra valid American.
Surprisingly, a recent survey cited that 40% of Americans have the entrepreneurial spirit, but don't know where to start.
The shear inquiry into small business ownership by this civil servant made me complete that dispensation employees are entrepreneurs too!
And, similar to many of us, they habit a roadmap for making their creative dreams a truth during their spare time.
Let it be known that there is a supplementary breed of matter owner in the marketplace. I call them F.E.D.preneurs!
